Andreina d'Agliano, in her study of this porcelain, refers to a series of 'Piatti grandi dipinti alla Giapponese' (inventario della Galleria di Doccia dell'anno 1758, il di 19 giugno 1758, Archivio Ginori Lisci, filza 37, in A. d'Agliano, op.cit. 2013, scheda 85, p. 182).
