Carved intaglio decoration of a large coat of arms centred on a cockerel, between two trees of life with a dove at the top, bearing the date "1870" and the initials "HK", surmounted by a crown. The border of the coat of arms is enhanced with wolf's teeth. Two ornate hearts and a tulip complete the decoration. A handle with a hanging hole completes the object.
