Mule-track plaque
Made of brass. Circular in shape, it bears several inscriptions engraved in English script, some of which are difficult to read: ‘Jn Baptiste… D’Hautelle Gondon (?) 1847’, framing a central oval bearing the Cross of Savoy, set against a military trophy of cannon barrels and flags. The border is embellished with a simple line of dots. There are holes along the border and a loop at the top.
