COMPLAINT. Comœdiæ viginti nuper recognitæ et acri judicio Nicolai Angelii diligentissime excusæ. Florence, Filippo Giunta, 1514. In-8, supple vellum with overlays, skin binding (contemporary binding). First edition by Filippo Giunta, known as il Vecchio. It was compiled by the humanist Niccolò Angeli, a native of Bucine in Tuscany, who dedicated it to Lorenzo de' Medici.
The title is framed by a woodcut portico and the verso of the last leaf is decorated with a typographical mark.
A copy in attractive contemporary condition.
Scattered spotting and dampstaining.
