Production of air-cooled sports cars ended in Zuffenhausen in early 1998. To many Porsche enthusiasts the Porsche 993 Turbo is the last “real“ Turbo. Owed to its good manufacture, the technological maturity and their great suitability for daily use, Porsche cars from the 993 model series count among the most popular air-cooled 911 models and occupy a top position among fans and collectors. The 993 Turbo offered here is a particularly interesting car in many aspects. On the one hand, it is a late model from the second series as of model year 1997 (V-series). Additionally, the car was ordered in the special color yellow, other cars in this color are not known to be in existence. The Turbo was taken out of service by its first owner in 2007 and has not been used since. Documents show two entries, the first owner had the 993 registered in the name of his company and later for private use. The car is in a very good condition. It has its original finish, except for the rear right side part, the later paintwork at the side part has several pinhead-sized blemishes spots. Engine and gearbox are matching numbers. The Turbo's mileage is completely documented in the service book, all 8 service checks were made by Porsche. The last major inspection was carried out at a Porsche center in October 2015. Various maintenance invoices and condition reports are at hand. The car comprises the complete handbook with manual, radio manual and service book. The original Nokia car phone, toolbag, compressor, jack and spare tire are also at hand. The BELMOT all risks insurance excludes: a) indirect and direct damages due to the normal aging process (especially rust, corrosion, oxidation) or natural wear and tear, i. e. due to a natural wear during the drive mode, on car parts which have to be replaced repeatedly during the lifetime of the vehicle; b) indirect and direct damages based on thermal problems, especially due to high temperatures, insufficient cooling while driving or overheating. The vehicle has to be paid within 3 days after the auction and collected within 7 business days after receipt of payment. The collection may be made via collection by the costumer or via collection by a transport company. A timely collection can also made via a commissioning of Auctionata to a fee-based transport (flat shipping rate). If the time period lapses without a result, the buyer has to pay storage costs in the amount of 25, - € per day.
