Blick aus einem antikisch gestalteten Raum mit der Rückenansicht einer Karyatide, die reich verzierte Holzdecke tragend, über eine Löwenfontäne auf Potsdam, mit der Havel im Vordergrund. Im architektonischen Album von 1842 ist die Aussicht aus dem sogenannten Stibadium in Glienicke, das nach Plänen von Ludwig Perius 1840 errichtet wurde, ausdrücklich erwähnt: "Das Stibadium ward an Stelle eines alten unansehlichen Treibhauses im Garten von Glinicke errichtet, um einen schön gelegenen Punkt neben der Haupteinfahrt in die Besitzung zu bezeichnen und zu schmücken, von wo aus man zugleich eine herrliche Aussicht auf die Stadt Potsdam und das Schlößchen auf der Höhe des Babertsberges genießt." In a modern gilt stuccoed wood frame, H 40.9, W 46.6 cm. After 1837, the decor attributed to Johann Christian Walter after the painting by Carl Daniel Freydanck, 1847. The view from the so-called Stibadium in Glienicke, which was based on plans by Ludwig Perius, is mentioned in an architectural compendium from 1842: "The Stibadium was constructed on the site of an old and unsightly greenhouse in the gardens of Glinicke, at a well situated point beside the main entrance to the property with a fine view over the city of Potsdam and the palace at Babertsberg."
