Magnificent potpourri vase with shepherd scene and floral decoration after the Meissen model. Baluster-shaped, strongly bulging vase body in rocaille relief above a raised round foot. Palm leaves rising in relief on the sides as handles. Hollowed, open-worked lid, crowned by a finely sculpted bouquet of flowers. On both sides of the wall a fine depiction of a resting shepherd couple in a spring-like park landscape and a large, colourful flower arrangement, framed by a plastically applied floral wreath. Seated and floating putto with floral decoration below and above. Scattered scattered floral decoration. Polychrome painting with rich gold decoration. Rest; manufacturer's mark. H. 89 cm.
