PREDYNASTIC EGYPTIAN CERAMIC VESSEL Predynastic Period, Ca. 3600 - 3100 BC A bell-shaped vessel with a rough surface. It has handles on three of the sides and a pouring spout on the other. The vessel has several blackened spots, indicative of regular use. Reviewed by Simone Musso, consultant curator for Egyptian antiquities at the Stibbert Museum, Florence, Italy, member of the Nuri Archaeological Expedition.
