Energetic reply to a newspaper editor: "I cannot believe that it is with your assent that articles such as the one I am reading are published in Le Cri... As it has no doubt escaped your notice, I take the liberty of pointing it out to you". The allegations made by his collaborator only ever existed in his imagination...

Important letter to justify his conduct and that of his group at the National Assembly, whose meetings he chairs. They have not changed their attitude in this very serious period.
