In-8, soft vellum, smooth spine, speckled edges (Binding of the period). Unique edition of this extremely rare work on werewolves. The author, from Laval, was a Friar Minor of the Observance. This dialogue on lycanthropy, published while he was staying in Wavre, near Louvain, was an opportunity for him to combat what he considered to be a popular superstition. He also criticised the means used by his contemporaries to "protect themselves from enchantments and sorceries", as well as "several abuses and superstitions, which are being committed at this time".
