[Et autres pièces en faveur du roi et pamphlets révolutionnaires parus en 1791-1793]. 14 pieces in one volume in-8, red morocco, large rocaille gilt border, spine decorated with fleurs-de-lis, inner lace, gilt edges (Old binding). Precious collection of documents relating to the trial of King Louis XVI by the deputies of the National Convention, and to his defenders. Mainly favourable to the king, these include the plea of Raymond de Sèze, the king's lawyer, and its aftermath, as well as one of the first editions of the Constitution of 1791. Copy in a luxurious almanac binding in morocco decorated with a "Dubuisson plate". Endpapers renewed, some foxing. Details of the items on request and on www.alde.fr.
