The back is carved from wood and engraved with a large stylised shell, surrounded by a frieze of zigzags, followed by a cascade of varied lozenges, striated triangles, lines of zigzags and ornate triangles, and ending with a shell forming a spout. Grating made of perforated sheet metal. Late 18th century H. 18.5 cm
