RARE SAMSON CANDLESTICK in copper alloy representing Samson astride the back of the lion, which turns his head towards him, trying with both his mouth open. The lion stands firmly on its four short short legs. The mane is spread out in triangular triangular locks. Samson's right leg is pointing towards the front of the animal of the animal, while his left leg is thrown sharply backwards. He is dressed in a flowing robe, the engraved folds of which follow the movement of his body. His long hair falls behind his back and the hexagonal and the hexagonal openwork binet emerges. Probably a Rheno-Mosan work from the late late 12th or early 13th century.
