RARE GREEK SILVER BOWL WITH GILT ARTEMIS MEDALLION. Ca. 300 BC A Rare silver bowl with a deep, flaring body on a flat base, rising to a slightly everted rim with a rounded lip. The interior is centred by a gilt medallion in high relief showing the facing head of Artemis, framed by winged locks of hair spreading to either side and falling in parallel strands across the neck. Size: 130mm x 55mm; Weight: 175g. Provenance: Private UK Collection; UK art market, 2010s; Previously collection of Reverend Richard J. Plant, UK, 1980s-2000s; Collection of Dr. J.
