Rare complication clock in engraved brass, gilt or silvered with foliate motifs on an amati background; the pedimented dial features a window indicating the age and phases of the moon, as well as two dials for the alarm and the alarm; It surmounts the annular main dial showing the hours in Roman numerals and the minutes in Arabic numerals in increments of five. The finely amati centre features an aperture revealing the movement of the balance through a rock crystal cabochon, the three winding holes and an aperture marking the date. It is signed "Franz Eisgrueber Fecit Prag". The plate, also engraved with a crowned female figure, supports the hour stamp and a fourteen-stamp chime. Prague, 18th century (restorations).
