RARE RED GLAZED PORCELAIN BOTTLE VASE PEACHBLOOM-TYPE, CHINA, QING DYNASTY, SIX-CHARACTER MARK IN BLUE UNDER GLAZE AND OF THE KANGXI PERIOD (1665-1723) Stoutly potted, the slightly compressed globular body rising from a short slightly flared foot to a tall cylindrical neck, covered overall with a vibrant deep copper-red glaze draining to a peachbloom-type, the red on the body turns sometimes to greyish-red and celadon, thinning to white at the rim and suffused with a faint network of crackle. The mouth rim and interior are glazed white. The reserved base left white and inscribed with a six-character reign mark in underglaze blue.
