RÉGNIER Henri de. Les 13 portes de la Ville. Autograph manuscript, 26 Nov. - 4 Dec. 1895; in-4, mounted on tabs, 13 pages, contemporary binding in old red jansenist morocco, ribbed spine, red morocco inner frame with gilt and blind fillets and mosaic fleurons at the corners, green and gold brocaded silk lining and endpapers (Marius Michel). Reunion of the complete original manuscripts of the 13 poems from Portes de la Ville. These poems were published in November and December 1895 in the Revue des Deux Mondes. The last page is signed by Henri de Régnier. These poems were published in bookshops in 1897, in the collection Jeux rustiques et divins. At the head of the collection is an autograph Latin dedication to Pierre Dauze, then director of the Revue icono-bibliographique: "Ex manuscriptis Petri Dauzii, Henricus de Ranario". It was subsequently acquired by Louis Barthou at his sale, and then passed into the Albert Natural collection. Provenances: Pierre Dauze (Cat. I, 1914, no. 1757) - Louis Barthou (Cat.
