Reliquary in gilded metal with cabochons and cedar wood. Mount Athos. Late 17th century. "Crucifixion" and "Entombment of Christ" 7,5 x 5 x 1 cm. Delicate reliquary in gilded metal, decorated with filigree and glass cabochons of various colours along its edges. It is finely carved on both sides in cedar wood. One side depicts the Crucifixion, and the other the Entombment of Christ. It was made in the 17th century in one of the monasteries of the Mount Athos complex.
