Relic of a belt belonging to a WaffenSS soldier, made from leather that is now very dry and almost rigid. Some of the stitching is partially undone. The metal parts are heavily oxidised. The troop-style belt buckle has no visible markings and is also in an advanced state of oxidation. The overall condition shows marked wear and corrosion, typical of an item exposed to the elements over a long period of time. Condition II+. Relic of an SS soldier's belt, very dry and stiff leather. Some seams partly undone. Metal parts show heavy oxidation. The unmarked troop belt buckle is also heavily corroded. Overall, strong wear and corrosion consistent with long field exposure.
