With a dark patina of earthy concretions. Fairly wide flan and well-centred strike. VERY GOOD.
Eumenea changed its name to Fulvia temporarily, just before the imperial period, following a trip by Mark Antony to Asia in 41. On a coinage of the magistrate Zmertorix Philonidou, bronzes bearing the effigy of Fulvia are struck, just before her death in 40 BC.
