Leave of absence granted to a sergeant, Pierre-Joseph Cordonnier, on medical grounds established by the chief medical officers of the Ancenis military hospice, according to which this sergeant had been "wounded in the middle and inner part of the right forearm, the muscles of which have been entirely divided" and was affected by "weakness of vision caused by his old age".
