A precious copy by Paul Reynaud, copiously annotated by him in red and blue pencil, with corrections, remarks and additions in ink during various proof-reading campaigns. These annotations may have been made with a view to re-issuing the work. In any case, they highlight the elements that seemed strongest and most important to Paul Reynaud himself.
