The second (La Meije) is signed and dated lower left. Marie Paule Roc is a French watercolourist. She is the author of a video on watercolour techniques (Peindre à l'aquarelle) and has illustrated numerous books, winning the international mountain image prize at the Passy book fair in 2002.
