ROINARD Paul Napoléon (1856-1930). Les Gouttes de rosée. Rouen, 1875; 106 pp. in-12 manuscript, hardback, initials PR in red on upper cover. This manuscript appears to be unpublished. It contains some forty poems and poetic games, some of them very successful. Self-portrait in graphite and a figure in Indian ink. The young author, who would later become a painter in Paris and librettist at Le Chat Noir, tried his hand at literature with some talent. It is said that all his early verses have been destroyed. These, in a volume bearing his name and probably left at his parents' home in Rouen, have survived.
