ROMAN BRONZE BULL HEAD FITTING.
Ca. AD 1 - 300.
A bronze fitting in the form of a bull’s head with a rounded muzzle and a short, thick neck. Two short horns rise from the crown, with small, rounded ears projecting to the sides. The eyes are lentoid with concentric incised rings.
