ROMAN BRONZE PHALERA WITH JUPITER. Ca. AD 200 - 300. A bronze phalera of circular form with a broad moulded rim framing a central medallion. The obverse shows a high-relief facing head of Jupiter with large almond-shaped eyes, a straight nose, and a full moustache and beard.
