ROMAN LEAD GODDESS ATARGATIS Ca. AD 1 - 300 . A double-sided flat lead plaque depicting the goddess Umay, shown standing frontally with both arms raised. The face is large and round with wide eyes, arched brows, and dotted markings at the cheeks and chin. Her hair is arranged beneath a three-pointed crown, and the small ears are pierced. The body is detailed with pronounced breasts, raised circular bosses at the chest and shoulders, and incised linear decoration along the arms and garment.
