Cretté, successor of Marius Michel). First edition illustrated with 6 original lithographs monogrammed and dated in stone and 50 drawings reproduced by Georges Rouault. One of 6 first copies on vellum, the only ones to include 2 original lithographs enhanced by the artist and enriched with : - a third lithograph enhanced in colour by the artist, unsigned, - an additional state of one of the hors-texte lithographs, - 4 trial prints for another lithograph not included in the book, in black and red chalk, including 1 print enhanced in colour with stencil and pencil and 1 print enhanced in colour with stencil alone.
