Ryoichi IKEGAMI (born 1944) Fuutaro Magnificent and extremely rare original black and white plate of Fuutaro by none other than Ryoichi Ikegami, famous mangaka and assistant to Shigeru Mizuki, two great contributors to the Gekiga style. The Fuutaro manga (published by Garo in 1968), like many others in the Gekiga style, deals with serious and sometimes dark themes.
