Saint-Hubert, sculpture, polychrome wood, Belgian school, 18th century. +-59 cm, accident. Note: Hubert of Liège, born in Toulouse between 656 and 658 and died in Tervuren or Fouron-le-Comte on 30 May 727, was a Christian saint, bishop of Tongres and Maastricht. Along with Lambert of Maastricht, he is one of the two patron saints of the Belgian city of Liège and the patron saint of hunters.
