Saint Catherine of Alexandria in wood carved in the round, polychromed and gilded. Standing, the crowned saint holds a wheel in her left hand and a sword (fragmentary) in her other hand, symbols of her martyrdom. Her friendly face is framed by wavy locks of hair that fall almost to the ground behind her back. The panels of her open cloak are held by a double intertwined cord decorated with large flowers. Inscription STE CATHERINE on the terrace. South of France, late 15th century. Height: 122 cm (a few accidents and missing pieces, later inscription). Expert : Cabinet Fligny Paris.
