SASAK, Lombok Island, Indonesia. Rare betel grinder handle made from deer antler depicting a figure in an atypical posture. He is seated, legs outstretched, hands on buttocks and upper body bent. Length: 9 cm. Note: The deer antler is the part of the antler of male deer. Provenance: Collected in situ in 1976 by Jacques Cortecero.
