SASSANIAN CARNELIAN SEAL WITH WORSHIPPER AND GOD Ca. AD 200 - 600. A domed carnelian seal with convex upper side and central perforation. The flat surface is engraved with a scene showing a seated worshipper facing an altar with a large eight-pointed star above. For similar see: J.
