[SAVOIE]. BAILLY (Gaspard). Traité des laods, et trezeins. Annecy, J.-B. Burdet, s.d. [1741]. 3 parts in one volume in-12, stiff vellum, smooth spine, mottled edges (contemporary binding). Second edition, revised and corrected, of this treatise on seigneurial taxes.
Two other works by the same Gaspard Bailly (or Bally), lawyer to the sovereign Senate of Savoy, are appended under continuous pagination: a Traité des servis et des devoirs seigneuriaux, ensemble les poids, et mesures du païs de Savoïe, tant du blé, vin, qu'autres denrées, and a Traité des taillables et mains mortables. At the end of the volume is reproduced the Edict on the value of cash given by Charles-Emmanuel III of Savoy on 13 February 1741.
Jean-Baptiste Burdet was a clergy printer and bookseller in Annecy from 1737 to 1773.

The title-piece on the spine has been pasted down.
