The bowl with fine, partially blown cut decoration, the front with an oval medallion with a sleeping gentleman and a kneeling lady as lovers in a rich cartouche frame with two angels, ambiguous inscription on the reverse "Nur stil ich will (/) weil er thut schlaffen (/) Subtiller weiß ihn gantz entwaffen (/) Ich hab itzt schon das hefft von degen (/) Nur still man möcht (/) Ihn nicht erregen".
