Heavy tray as a silver anniversary gift. Rectangular shape with rounded corners. Slightly moulded mirror and wide, straight rim with narrow edge. The centre of the mirror engraved with the date "1902 - 10.12.1967", surrounded by six handwritten, partly illegible signatures, including the signature "Alfred Oppenheim" of the banker Alfred Freiherr von Oppenheim (1934-2005), "Manfred Oppenheim" of the banker Manfred Freiherr von Oppenheim (1924-1996) and "Strasoldo" probably for Nikolaus Graf von Strasoldo (1914-2001). Undisturbed; weight approx. 1860 g. 64 cm x 35 cm.
Alfred von Oppenheim, Manfred von Oppenheim and Nikolaus von Strasoldo were partners in the "Sal. Oppenheim jr. & Cie" bank founded by Salomon Oppenheim Junior in Bonn in 1789.
