Rare baroque silver box. Cylindrical, smooth body with slightly flared stand ring. A domed plug-in lid in the centre with a correspondingly flared, narrow lip rim. Central depiction of a rosette of leaves, surrounded by an embossed, tongue-shaped godron band in relief. The underside with engraved owner's monogram and dat. "J: L: M: v: B: Q ö 1733". Remainder; mould, hallmark, master Johann Andreas Magnus (becomes master 1732). Weight approx. 200 g. H. 6.5 cm. D. 10.8 cm.
