Rare coffee pot, chocolate pot and sugar bowl with Indian bird decoration
3-piece; pear-shaped and cylindrical body. Depictions of various exotic birds sitting on a branch in a park-like landscape supported by diamond-shaped bands and a gilt foliage cartouche. Scattered blossom and fruit branches. Matching domed lid with cherry finial and corresponding bird decoration. Fine polychrome painting, probably by Louis Victor Gerverot. Purple-coloured border with gold staffage. Remainder; incised mark. Underglaze blue and embossed maker's mark. H. 10.5 cm - 22.5 cm
