Rare baroque double cup. Silver, fully gilt. Two interlocking, bulbous, hemispherical cups over a flat, slightly recessed stand. Smooth rim zones set off by narrow moulded lines of varying widths. The wall surrounded by twisted, tongue frieze-like lines in relief. Figure, tremolier mark, mark of inspection, master Hans III Priester (becomes master around 1654). Weight approx. 125 g. Total h. 8,5 cm. D. 6.5 cm.
