LIMESTONE FUNERARY SERVER Egyptian art, New Kingdom, Ramesside period, 19th-20th dynasty Statuette of a mummiform funerary servant, wearing a smooth tripartite wig revealing the ears, arms crossed over the chest holding a hoe and flagellum holding a small vase. On the back, over the left shoulder, is a sack of seeds. The body is engraved with seven lines of hieroglyphic inscriptions from Chapter VI of the Book of the Dead. The first line contains a blank space for the owner's name. On the back, there are traces of an inscription that has been largely erased. Size: 21.5 x 6.5 x 4.5 cm Provenance: Former H.
