Barrel covered in black cloth with silver and scarlet trimmings. Leather cap and visor. Grenade bosses, ring chinstraps and brass plate with the coat of arms of Paris. Metal roundel. Silver and scarlet passementerie pom-pom.
Leather lining and chinstrap. Inside stamped "159".
Fairly good condition. Early Third Republic.
