Shin-Bijutsukai,(New Art Museum), very rare complete set of thirty-six iconographic collections, 1902,
Shin-Bijutsukai the new monthly magazine of various designs by the famous artits of to-day, published in Kyoto in 1902. Each collection contains around twenty plates bound together with a thin silk ribbon. The various designs are printed on plates in black and mostly stencilled in colour, intended to inspire Western artists, primarily in textile design (two copies have broken ribbons, some covers are slightly faded with small tears). Original slipcase preserved but in poor condition.
