SIX OUSHEBTIS in siliceous clay and blue glaze. Five are epigraphic (not deciphered) and one anepigraphic. All have the same typology of the agrarian funerary servant with folded hands clutching a hoe a hoe and a cord used to support a dorsal grain sack. Back with dorsal pillar. Ancient Egypt, 21st to 30th dynasties. Heights: 10.5 to 19.5 cm (Visible damage) PROVENANCE - For the smallest: Mes R&G sale, Marseille, 28 February 1974, lot n°66 (described as bearing an inscription painted with the name of Djed Montou Iou Fankh) - Collection C., Marseille.
