A plain silver soup tureen of domed circular form, moulded rim, scrolled handles with three attachment points, two of which are foliate, pedestal with doucine, tiers and fillet rushes, the underside engraved Y B II, removable lid, the upper part engraved with a frieze of vine shoot scrolls between two amate bands, fretel in the shape of a bread apple with twisted gadroons on a terrace of scalloped twisted channels.
