Splendid 800 silver box. The surface is richly worked with floral engravings, scrolls and bombé-style embossing. In the centre of the lid is a set malachite. It rests on four feet decorated in the shape of foliage, inside 'vermeil'. Typically used as a jewellery box, cigar box or decorative desk object. Weight 1175 g
