Book in ¼ Folio coeval cover, in detachment, sheets still with beards, some light damp stains on some pages, good condition. Full-page engraving on first page, silographs at the end of each part covered. Folded engravings of horse skeleton, post page 22, and of bridles, post page 252. A complete work, divided into four parts of three chapters each, which aims to teach how to train the horse to young people who want to try their hand safely and easily. The author had already published 'The Perfect Horse' forty years earlier. Volume is in good condition.
