Representing Sakyamuni Buddha, seated in dhyanasana, his hands in varada mudra on a double lotus, dressed in his monastic garment "Kashaya" evoking simplicity and renunciation of all forms of materialism, his hair in tight curls topped by a bun forming the ushnisha, symbol of superior wisdom.
His face, with half-closed eyes and a slight smile, expresses serenity, and his long ears listen to the world.
Two attributes are missing, including the alms bowl.
