Slight discolouration to cover edges, light staining to lower margin of first few pages. Petr Arkadyevich Stolypin (1862-1911) was a statesman, reformer and one of the most famous politicians of the reign of Emperor Nicholas II. The book contains a number of extracts from P.A. Stolypin's speeches, delivered mainly in the legislative chambers, with comments by his son, Arkady Stolypin, who later became a French writer and publicist.
