STUNNING ROMAN GOLD RING WITH EMERALD INTAGLIO DEPICTING HERCULES

A Roman gold ring composed of a round hoop with a triple rope-shaped band. It has slender shoulders connected to a high round bezel, framed with a decoration of gold petals.The intaglio is an Emerald and it depicts a bearded man facing left, probably Hercules, made in a naturalistic manner.
