STUNNING SCYTHIAN HIGH KARAT GOLD PIN WITH IBEX
Ca. 500 - 300 BC.
A tapering gold pin with a finial in the form of a recumbent ibex, its limbs folded beneath the body and horns curving backwards. The surface is detailed with incised grooves marking the contours and musculature.
